rotta rispetto ad una generalizzata convinzione che l'Ente Pubblico sia un nemico che
parla una lingua incomprensibile. Il Governo Berlusconi ha iniziato un percorso in questo
senso. Sta a noi Amministratori Locali applicare con efficienza queste norme."
